The Content Demand team is looking for an analytical and technically skilled senior business analyst to join our Customer Intelligence team for periodicals.
This position will be responsible of developing metrics and reporting, cohort analysis, conversion strategy analysis, support pricing, and work with technical teams, legal, finance, and product managers to help uncover new opportunities and track progress against goals.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as outstanding business acumen and comfort with technical teams and systems .
The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and a desire to help shape the overall Kindle Content marketing.
Basic Qualifications: • Advanced Excel and SQL skills • Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems by managing or guiding technical teams. • Experience solving complex business challenges; experience in the development of pricing analysis is a strong plus. • BS degree
Preferred Qualifications:
• BS in Math, Finance, Statistics or related discipline • Statistical and strategic analysis, forecasting, data mining, financial analysis • 5+ years of professional experience in web analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position.
