Responsibilities:
Leading analysis efforts on complex cash reconciliation effort across multiple platforms and applications.
Compose queries, work with stored procedures and write reports using Microsoft and Oracle SQL database platforms.
Will lead and conduct analysis of legacy transactional system and recommend enhancements to improve functionality as it relates to cash reconciliation.
Able to produce detailed system requirements specifications, complex data flow diagrams, test plans, swim lane and process diagrams using standardized documentation methods
Interface with Developers, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Product managers, to understand and propose technology solutions to meet business and technical objectives
Provide subject mater expertise on the capabilities/constraints of existing systems and proposed solutions
Provide analysis time estimates, phased deliverables, and product roadmaps
Prepare use cases and formal requirements specifications, along with tracking dependencies and releases
Work closely with development and design teams in the creation and validation of user interfaces and functional/non functional requirements
Provide technical support for cash reconciliation reporting system.
Education and experience preferred:
College Degree/Preferably in a field related to computer science or software engineering
Preferred experience working on large enterprise financial systems (ERP) , Oracle EBS experience preferred.
Preferred experience working on complex system integration projects within a heavy technical environment.
Qualities Desired:
Previous experience supporting or implementing Credit Card Processing / Financial systems
Previous requirement writing experience for development, implementation, or integration initiatives
Capable of delivering presentations, facilitating meetings, and managing requirement gathering sessions
Capable of managing projects and communicating status, budget and timeline to senior staff.
Comfortable working where reverse engineering of legacy systems and services is required to understand internal and/or external dependencies
Previous experience with compliance initiatives (PCI, SOX, SAS, etc) is an asset
