This position is the key analyst responsible for supporting AT&T Interactive's Online Business, including our flagship site . The position will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from various sources using standard analysis software and preparing reports, charts, and tables summarizing data and analyses. The position will also provide recommendations and data-driven insight to the business and drive decisions based on supported metrics. The position will also oversee data implementation and tracking through internal databases and Ominture. This position will also help work on A/B testing and multi-variable testing to improve overall user engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES
Define, analyze and manage key metrics, daily, monthly and weekly scorecards for AT&T Interactive's web properties and distribution and content networks.
Work with cross-functional teams in business intelligence, product and engineering to drive data collection efforts, including reporting requirement documents, logging spec, QA and postproduction verification.
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations, along with strategic direction based on results from web consumer research.
REQUIREMENTS
1- 2 years Analytical experience in the online industry and/or web analytics
Understanding of web analytic systems (such as Omniture, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Coremetrics or Business Objects). Omniture experience (SiteCatalyst, Discover, Test & Target) is a plus.
The ability to effectively communicate with engineers and working knowledge of basic web technologies is a plus (JavaScript, SQL, HTML, etc.).
B.A or B.S in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Information Systems or related field.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts and graphs, formulas, and functions)
Must be extremely detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment
Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with passion in monitoring and ensuring data integrity
