Support the Enterprise Business Solutions team to support, enhance, and evolve the business systems to drive the maximum value to the Stryker business. Support the EBS Team in ensuring the preservation of the Oracle ERP System Integrity
Qualifications/Work Experience
•5 years experience as a business analyst; prefer experience in a technical/business discipline •Demonstrated understanding of general business processes with preferred experience in the Medical Devices Industry Supply Chain •Demonstrated knowledge of business management and systems technology •Demonstrated understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems with multi-org settings •Demonstrated familiarity with Oracle eBusiness Applications Suite OM and Inventory Modules •Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write and speak persuasively, tactfully and diplomatically •Demonstrated ability to work independently •Demonstrated ability to work in a regulated environment
