Perficient is seeking business analysts /consultants with an established business systems background for our Minneapolis office. Candidates will be responsible for gathering and defining requirements, creating functional designs and testing of web-based applications, portals and integration solutions. As a Business Analyst /Consultant based in Minneapolis, your proven history of requirements gathering, project scope definition, process modeling, functional design, application testing, team leadership and partnering with internal and external resources to drive projects to successful completion will serve as the foundation for your success. Full lifecycle experience delivering web-based applications, portal and/or integration projects will allow you to hit the ground running. Required: 5+ years experience as an IT professional Requirements gathering experience Process-modeling experience (e.g., BPEL, IDEF, Flowcharts, Swim Lane Charts, etc.) Requirements engineering and requirements traceability. Experience developing, adapting and managing Use Cases
Ideal: QA lead and test case develpment Experience with iterative development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile/XP, etc.) Experience defining requirements for enterprise scale solutions User Centered Design experience Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., ReqPro, Caliber, Doors, etc.)
