CIBER has an immediate need for a Sr. Business Analyst that will be located in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. The Lead BA should have prior experience leading business requirements efforts or equivalent experience.
* 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Must have strong requirement gathering skills
* Healthcare business process knowledge in the healthcare payer space is extremely important (Sales & Marketing, Claims, Corporate Government Operations, Web Office..etc)
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
* Prior Healthplan or Payer experience preferred
