Your Opportunity at Intuit: The Sr. Business Analyst is specifically responsible for:
. Understanding the Global Business Division's strategic direction, offering roadmap, and business, technology, and operational processes . Working closely with offering leaders and product managers to understand the integration of products and Intuit's enterprise systems and envision integrated solutions . Developing business cases, ROI analyses, solution options and impact assessments (in support of the business needs and proposed IT capabilities) . Defining business requirements that are clear and actionable to the engineering teams, and testing to ensure those requirements are appropriately implemented . Designing creative solutions to meet the needs of the business within the structure of the corporate systems . Prioritizing requirements in partnership with the business and technology teams, balancing business criticality with financial and technology constraints . Defining and/or reengineering business and operational processes so that they are simple and effective . Ensuring that the Global Business Division's solutions align with Intuit's overall IT strategy and architecture . Managing projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions . Effectively managing the change that comes with new technology and processes . Driving operational support for GBD offerings (run the business processes, break/fix support, Incident Management, etc) . Lead small cross functional teams to develop and document test plans and scripts, conversion plans and training plans for assigned domain area. Ensures systems, processes and converted data have been tested according to the plans. . Provide end-user support for systems/processes within application domain. . Facilitates cross functional meetings and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) when communicating/resolving for any of the above. . Facilitates multiple tasks and interdependencies across systems and manages the associated changes without causing significant disruption. . Partners with other technology teams across the organization to drive appropriate use of technology. Your Talents: Qualifications: . Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving, working across business and IT) . Strong business and technical acumen-experience in SaaS businesses and enterprise applications preferred . Strong process skills . Previous experience implementing Agile software development principles, preferably in the "Product Owner" role . Proven track record of delivering IT business capabilities to solve complex business opportunities . Experience with Oracle finance systems . Consultative, customer focused approach to problem solving . Ability to lead and partner with teams across organizational boundaries, proven ability to think and plan "end to end" across SaaS offerings, all aspects of IT, finance, supply chain etc. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages as appropriate (from individual contributor to senior executive) . Adaptable, a tolerance for ambiguity, a strong desire to learn and grow . Experience with product integration into corporate systems a plus (licensing, entitlement, registration, etc) . Experience with Finance a plus (order to cash, etc) . Production support experience a plus (issue resolution, ticket and customer expectations management, service improvement) . Effective facilitation, influence and change management skills.
