Position Summary Performs as a team member on the IT security team in day-to-day operations focusing on endpoint security technologies. Is responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation and product management for designated systems. Responsibilities Key Measures / Accountabilities: -Daily operations and maintenance of endpoint security technologies to include configuration, change/queue management, collaboration with customers and other technical staff. -Assist in design and architecture of current and proposed environments. - Complete documentation of responsible systems including data flow mapping and as built documentation.
Requirements The ideal candidate must demonstrate previous value creation activities and possess a technical knowledge of current endpoint security technologies such as AV, Data Leak Prevention (DLP), and device encryption technologies.
Other Required Skills -Customer Focus - Good interpersonal/communication skills - Critical economic and thinking skills - Ability to work in a team environment as well as being a strong individual performer - Experience managing endpoint security technologies -Experience securing mobile computing platforms - Experience securing endpoint computing platforms - At least 2 years managing enterprise security platforms in a mid to large environment - Will be collaborating with internal and external customers to design and mitigate solutions. Network and Desktop Security Technologies Preferred Skills -Business skills such as vendor management and economic modeling of products/decisions. -Product and Project Management -Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Education Required Bachelors degree in computer sciences or other related technical field Preferred Education Network and security certifications Other Considerations Occasional evenings and weekends as required to support customers, technologies, and projects. Regular on call rotation.
