Job Description
•Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of bids, contracts and proposals for GPO, IDN and Direct accounts associated with Actifuse product. Serve as a key contact for Actifuse contract issues and perform ad-hoc analysis /reporting as requested.
•Manage training documentation for all Actifuse Pricing and Contracting procedures. Prepare and distributes procedural bulletins and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are up to date. Responsible for updates and revisions to all master documents and templates.
•Analyze Actifuse contract proposals for: impact of cost, price erosion, gross profit, national account pricing, bonus programs, budget assumptions, break-even analysis and patient trending as required. Offer alternative or creative solutions as necessary.
•Support the Sales Contract Analysts by assisting with researching and resolving pricing and billing issues and assist the Department Manager in supporting and monitoring the Contract Analyst's renewals and overall workflow.
•For Actifuse, oversee the GPO and IDN roster maintenance process and general contract maintenance activities to ensure GPO administration fees, rebates and chargebacks are paid timely and accurately.
•Conduct individual and team audits to ensure compliance with SOP's, minimize negative impact of errors to Baxter and the customer, maximize overall quality and identify and deliver training as needed. Initiates quality improvement processes, SOP's or guidelines based on the analysis of performance information. Create and implement ad hoc reporting and/or procedures for their use.
•Leads or participates in team and division projects as required. Conduct system validation and testing as related to Actifuse pricing and reporting.
Job Requirements
•Requires leadership as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment to achieve a goal.
•Requires contract drafting, editing and negotiating experience. Understanding of Consignemnt business model very helpful.
•Knowledge of JDE BAMS system and the ability to train others.
•Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
•Must demonstrate the ability to recommend improvement in processes and develop ideas into action plans. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-6 years of experience in related field is required.
