Job Description
Responsible for practical understanding of the required system(s) as well as providing technical support as needed. Assist lead technician(s) and engineer(s) as needed. Activities may include but are not limited to: building and setting up equipment, preparing and conducting experiments, collecting data, designing and drafting equipment, inspecting products, and hazardous waste management. Must also be able to read diagrams, assemble cabling, and integrate electronic / mechanical components into military vehicles.
Qualifications
Candidate must have knowledge of MIL SPEC Cable fabrication. Knowledge of power design / power electronics. Military COMMS or Military training helpful.
Hands-on experience and basic knowledge of electrical cabling a must. CAD experience a plus.
Education: High School, Technical School, Apprentices
Relevant Experience: 5 years
Experience Substitute for Education: 10 years
