Sr. Embedded Software Engineer
Embedded Software Engineer Kelly IT Resources is seeking a Sr. Embedded Software Engineer for a position with a leading Medical Device company in north Boulder. The selected candidate will work with a small team of Embedded Software and Hardware Engineers on a variety of projects in the Technical Development phase. This position is in the R&D department and involves working on new product development for the next generation of medical instruments and devices. Job Responsibilities include:
identify and prototype software methods for use in the authorization and authentication of peripheral devices (encryption/decryption).
Prototype communications protocols for use between peripheral devices and PC's/embedded microprocessor systems
evaluate reliability and error rates of communications protocols for various peripheral configurations and interference sources
develop test platforms for the evaluation of multiple peripheral devices, communication protocols authorization and authentication schemes
Job Requirements:
Experience with C/C++ programming in embedded microprocessors and PC Systems
high speed serial communications protocols at the device driver level
