Job Description: Provides financial and statistical information to management, staff, and external customers in compliance with internal and external requirements by managing, monitoring, and accessing the organizations financial and other systems and analyzing and verifying the inputs and outputs to those systems. Maintains financial records and systems in accordance with GAAP, Hospital policies, and the Healthcare Audit Guide. Interacts with staff, management, and other customers in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility in performance of work, responsibilities, and assignments.
Minimum Requirements: Work requires strong analytical ability and resourcefulness to identify and resolve problems that require the use of intermediate level mathematical, statistical, and financial principles acquired through a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a staff accountant..
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience required.
Influenza vaccination will be required for all personnel working within LVHN, who have patient contact, unless medically contraindicated or due to a bonafide religious belief or practice.
