Description
The Corporate Human Resources Department of Greatbatch has an exciting new opportunity for a Sr. HRIS analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and maintenance of global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) including Core HR (Oracle), Talent Management, and Recruiting applications. The HRIS Analyst will participate in system design, improvements, or upgrades in conjunction with HR Centers of Excellence and Information Technology teams. Essential Job Functions * Assists in the development of the technology roadmap; collaborates with the HR leadership team and IT to ensure that the appropriate integrated technology solutions are in place to meet the needs of HR and the global organization. * Maintains Talent Management Systems (recruiting, performance management, benefits, compensation, talent and succession planning) which includes system maintenance, upgrades, file feeds, systems training for end users and providing management with customized reports. * Administers talent management process for GB which includes but not limited to, maintaining talent grids, succession charts, organizing talent review meetings and preparing presentations for Executive and Board of Directors. * Responsible for internal transition of acquisitions into GB’s HRIS systems, with assistance from HR Centers of Excellence and Information Technology. * Designs and generates standard and custom reports to meet Business/Plant requirements. Responsible for security setup of reports. * Works with the Affirmative Action Plan vendor to complete annual plans. Communicates data to HR as appropriate. * HR Metrics Expert: recommends/develops HR metrics and statistical summaries to measure operational efficiency and performance including demographics, Internal Mobility Ratio, management metrics, etc. * Coordinates with internal IT staff on projects to ensure the effective integration of HR systems with other business applications, as appropriate. * Monitors HRIS system and all connection points to ensure they function properly and ensures efficient operations, processing and report generation. * Assists in developingend-user documentation and materials for training on and related to HRIS systems. * Continually works with HR staff and our Business partners to identify opportunities to improve, innovate and drive efficiencies through HRIS technologies. Position Requirements: Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience:5 years + in Human Resources Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of information systems and database. Strong analytical, auditing, and data reporting skills. Special Skills: Experience with HRIS required
