Title: SR. ILS SPECIALIST - PROVISIONING Location: USA-Louisiana-Slidell Other Locations:
L-3 Communication Systems-East, provides leading edge secure communications systems and expertise for the U.S. military, is looking for a Sr. ILS Specialist to be located in Slidell, Louisiana. This position is based on winning Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) contract.
Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities include: Understanding of acquisition logistics, responsible for project/product level integrated support planning and identification of support requirements. Performs and coordinates detailed analyses to ensure the integration of support considerations into the design process. Evaluates design concepts and develops support data and products. Participates in Integrated Product Development (IPT) team process. Responsible for development of Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)/LSA Record (LSAR) Data, Sparing Estimates, Life Cycle Cost Analysis and the Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) development. Prepares cost estimates and technical writing in support of proposal development efforts. Develops Basis of Estimates (BOE) in support of new work initiatives.

Qualifications: Minimum Experience/Educational Qualifications: ·BS degree in EE, ME, Industrial Engineering or minimum of 5 years of experience with LSA & LSAR, MIL-STD-1388-2A / 2B or MIL-PRF-49506. ·Strong written & verbal communications skills. ·Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint. ·Fully knowledgeable of how LSAR data is integrated into and supports the design and support activities of programs. ·U.S. Citizenship Required. Current Secret security clearance required, with ability to obtain TS.
Desirable Experience/Education Qualifications/Comments: Experience in development of Military support infrastructure elements; SERDs, spares analyses, supply chain management planning, Depot maintenance planning, etc. Familiarity with LSAR database tools such as SLICWave and/or other similar tools that track LSAR data.
Additional Information: Position is slated for Slidell, Louisiana (LA) with travel to Camden, New Jersey.
This position is based on winning Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) contract.
