Overview:
Under general direction, with a comprehensive understanding of Macys business systems and processes and in depth knowledge of all facets of the Macys network, provides technical leadership in the area of network design and operations. Acts as an adviser to IFS, divisional and FOB management on network design and operations. Coordinates resources with IFS groups as appropriate. Recognized as a technical expert by his/her peers and managers. Provides LAN and WAN network support to internal and external clients. Provides technical and team leadership in projects of high complexity and large scope. Defines and documents standards, implementation plans, support procedures and technical specifications. May be responsible for coordination and leadership of less experienced and knowledgeable analysts.

Key Accountabilities:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
· Equivalent education and experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in Network or Information Security.
· Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Information Security Theory, Process, and Procedures.
· Proficient in Security Design and Architecture.
· Previous network, wireless, and web Penetration Testing experience.
· Strong working knowledge of Open Source Exploitation Frameworks.
· Proficient in both Windows and Linux Operating System command line.
· Extensive experience in vulnerability management and remediation processes.
· TCP/IP - Solid working knowledge of routing and switching.
· Experience creating and presenting design presentations.
· Strong working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance Requirements - including, but not limited to, PCI-DSS, COBIT, SOX, and HIPPA.
· Ability to teach and train others in a comprehensive manner.
· Experience in Application/Web Security design and validation.
· Additionally, any Unix/Linux or scripting experience a plus.
· CISSP desired, but not required
