Position Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Analyzes production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing, human resources, and/or a variety of other business and technical problems to formulate and develop new and modified information processing systems. Represent the business activity in all information technology developments. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures, which are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Requires knowledge of ecommerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes and workflow.

Impact: Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long range goals of the organization and contributes to the completion of work group objectives. Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in moderate impact on customers and/or results and considerable expenditure of resources.
Liaison: Internal interactions extend beyond the immediate work group and include frequent interaction with management. External interactions are primarily to solve problems or improve processes.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience, Or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience with SAP Business Warehouse and BusinessObjects Additional experience with SAP SCM or Procurement a plus 3-5 years of related experience with SAP manufacturing
Strong communication skills, both oral and written Good interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
