They have been building best-in-class flight planning products for nearly ten years now and are looking for a Senior Software Mobile App Developer to build-out their fledgling line of iOS and Android apps. Enjoy fun apps to work on with a broad range of functionality and technology which includes everything from moving map displays with synthetic vision to integration with cockpit-based avionics systems. There will be plenty of interesting problems to solve; if you have a passion for writing quality mobile software using agile methods we want to hear from you. Position Overview: As a key member of their mobile-products team you'll work with others to design and implement the initial product line of flight planning and electronic-flight-bag EFB software for iOS and Android. You will be a generalist on the team with the ability and desire to work on any given feature.
Required Qualifications: • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of relevant software development work experience
• 2+ published mobile apps, either iOS or Android Expert proficiency in Objective-C iOS or Java Android Experience
• Experience working as part of an agile team using Scrum, XP, etc.
• Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems
• Desire to develop, release, support and evolve a new product line
