Education and Experience Required: *
Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge and Skills:
This position requires hands-on development (Sr. Developer) to participate in a development team and lead a small team working on large enterprise software development projects utilizing .NET framework tools, platforms and associated technologies.
Candidates must have 6 or more years of experience developing desktop and web-based applications using Microsoft Technologies to deliver object oriented, enterprise class applications in a team environment, specifically using , Oracle and/or SQL Server 2008, and C#. The right candidate must possess outstanding troubleshooting skills and have industry experience with full SDLC experience to perform full life cycle software design, development, architecture, testing, implementation and support of desktop and web-based business applications.
Must be able to work effectively as part of an enterprise development team in an office environment with moderate to little supervision. Strong attention to detail ensuring assignments are of high quality, delivered timely, and meet the business needs and objectives. A successful candidate will consistently design and develop maintainable business applications.
Must have familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodology, very strong and current capabilities with Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, and WCF; 6 or more years of commercial application development in Microsoft environments. , , C#; and good communication skills.
Must be willing to travel approximately 25%.
