- Be responsible for administration of the backup and recovery infrastructure - Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a multi SAN environment - Be responsible for multiple ESX clusters running hundreds of virtual servers - Provide technical expertise & consultation on Exchange and Active Directory - Maintain technical contact with the vendors of infrastructure products, and keep abreast of current issues and vendor road maps - Provide leadership for the team and work with the IT Director in creating and driving the strategic direction vision of the organization
