* Candidate will be working primarily with Leadership Development efforts throughout the Enterprise. Role will include responsibility for: Enterprise Leadership Assessment Strategy, Rockwell Collins Leadership Competency Model, and various training and workshop facilitation related to the Assessment Strategy and the Competency Model. * Broad experience with Leadership/personality assessments (i.e. 360/270, Hogan, MBTI, DiSC) essential * Experience in creation, development, and implementation of Competency Models essential * Must have 3-5 years of facilitation experience in Leadership Development curriculum. * Must have 3-5 years of experience in designing/developing Leadership Development helor's degree in appropriate discipline, and four years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, ten years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, and six years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, twelve years of related experience.
