Provide general support to product development engineering groups for building, testing and characterizing prototype power converters and evaluation of integrated circuits.
Responsibilities: * Perform system level evaluation of prototypes. * Fabricate test fixtures for product characterization. * Maintain test equipment, test set-ups and lab equipment. * Perform PCB layout for test and evaluation boards. * Document design and test results. * Assemble, debug and repair prototypes and evaluation boards.
Qualifications: * Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience working in a similar position. * Ability to assemble and replace SMT and Chip level components on SiPs and PCBs. * Ability to debug and evaluate electronic circuits. * Experience with the use of common electronic test equipment. * Experience with or interest in automated test. * Experience with or interest in PCB layout.
