Overview:
Under general direction, independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to MST standards. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems. A top level technical contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge. May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge. May serve in the MST Solutions Framework roles of Development Lead, Project Manager, Testing Advocate, or Operations Advocate.

Skill Summary:
5 years developing complex, integrated systems
3 years experience in programming
3 years experience with datacom databases
3 years experience with DB2 databases
3 years experience with Cobol programming
Experience with JCL and Control M a plus
Experience developing reports a plus
Candidate can demonstrate:
