Overview:
Under general direction, independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to MST standards. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems. A top level technical contributor in one or more highly specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with strong business application knowledge. May serve as primary system support for two or more complex information systems based on in-depth system knowledge. May serve in the MST Solutions Framework roles of Development Lead, Project Manager, Testing Advocate, or Operations Advocate.

3 years proven Object Oriented data design and data modeling experience. Exposure to UML.
5 years application development and integration; systems integration
5 years working with object oriented languages (, C , Java, C#)
5 developing and implementing data architecture strategies and standards
5 years professional application development with focus on enterprise application and data architecture
5 years professional application modeling experience, proven application architectural strategies and implementation.
5 years experience with multiple database platforms, application servers, and development environments
Knowledgeable with Web / IT infrastructure support and administration experience.
3 years database (DB2, Teradata, Oracles, MS SQL/Server, VSAM, etc.) experience including writing and tuning SQL and database programming (PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc
