Sr. Salesforce Developer Needed in Austin! Kelly IT Resources is currently looking for a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a great direct hire opportunity in Austin Texas. We are looking for a hands-on developer with a background in Ruby, PHP and Salesforce. Your job duties will include: * Working with business analyst to understand business processes, data requirements and how the data flows through the systems * Perform quality assurance and unit testing on deliverables and work products * Documents processes and requirements as well as test use cases * Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations Qualifications Needed Include: * 7+ years of overall IT/development experience with an emphasis on web-based integrations * 3+ years of working experience in / with and integrations with Enterprise IT organizations * Strong technical background on the following technologies: Java/J2EE and XML. SOAP, WSDL, Ajax, Ruby, PHP, javascript, Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Class Apex Web Service, Visual Force Page, Component Controllers and S-Control. * In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc . * Must have experience in SFDC Configuration, Apex coding, Visual Force, Web Services and Data Management. * Salesforce Developer Certification preferred. * Light travel may be required 5-10% * Strong understanding of business processes combined with the ability to translate business needs into application functionality * Experience in building integrations across development, testing, and production environments using Enterprise tools e.g. Eclipse etc * Experience in delivering IT solutions using Agile Scrum project methodology and practices This is an awesome opportunity that offers a generous base salary and bonus and stock options!.
