Our Etobicoke based client is looking for a dynamic individual to provide development expertise in a combined J2EE and .NET environment. This contract will run to Dec 31 2-12, with possible extensions. Must have resumes no later than Feb
Accountabilities:
Demonstrated advanced experience in full SDLC with focusing on J2EE development
Strong SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Shell Scripting experience
Extensive experience in Data Modeling, Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Concepts
Proven success in administering Weblogic, AquaLogic ESB, Tomcat, and Apache web/application Servers
Familiarity with development tools like Ant, Subversion, JUnit, Eclipse, Weblogic workshop, and Netbeans
Familiarity with Oracle 9 and 10.
Familiarity with key OSS platforms such as Telcordia Xng and associated tool kits (Granite ASI and BDL) an asset.
Enhancement implementation/customization to .NET web application (OMS) built on Windows Server 2008, with Oracle DB Back End and Sharepoint workflow
Routine maintenance activities including extraction of monthly data from database for auditing and reporting purposes, Back End database changes, Web Services interface from OMS to Inventory DB (Granite XNG from Telcordia Technologies)
Maintain and configure SSIS on SQL Server 2005 to transfer tables from OMS & MS Dynamics CRM to Oracle
Support OMS migration to MS Dynamics CRM
Skills Required
Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, Servlet, JSP, JSF, JMS, EJB, JAXB, Web Services, Hibernate, Spring framework, XML, XSLT, XQuery, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, Subversion, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SharePoint, MS Access, MS Dynamics CRM, SQL server 2005 SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Windows 2008 and Oracle stored procedures .
