- Provide expertise and support for the PeopleSoft HCM and Portal system and processes - Understand and use expertise of available data elements to develop creative solutions and recommendations - Consult with business partners to research, document, implement, and execute new and/or revised HR programs and systems - Proactively analyze and present information and data in a context appropriate to evaluate ongoing programs, strategic initiatives, and Company directives - Respond to technical requests and key data issues and assist our partners in understanding best practices to support their business goals and objectives - Collaborate with Business Partners to strategize, develop, deploy and manage programs, policies and procedures by providing detailed consultation and analysis related to PeopleSoft and other HR systems and processes Requirements
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and Target's EPM data warehouse - Four year college degree with technical emphasis or equivalent - Four to six years of analytical experience - Proficient in MS Office Systems Benefits
