Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced temporary Sr. Technical Architect, CRM (NPW) in our San Francisco or Glendale, CA offices.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Architect for CRM Solutions manages design, implementation and integration for and internal platform systems across our to be 7000 seat instance across multiple local and national Sales channels, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, Fulfillment and other special teams.
Design the technical architecture solution that spans multiple platforms and systems including integration and authentication across a multitude of systems.
Manage development efforts, tools and procedures to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale. This technical oversight ranges from overall processes and development methodologies to low level code review, spec review and programming best practices.
Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for the technical architecture.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of implementation experience, including development, across the full software development lifecycle
• 2+ years of experience in an architect role
• 1+ years of experience with as a technical lead
• Experience with other development platforms, preferably .net, java, c#
• Proven experience with developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services
• Proficiency in SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript
• Experience with real-time integration; experience with integration on the platform
• Experience with multiple, complex, and at least one large Salesforce implementation project involving multiple releases, change management process
• Understanding of best practices and design trade-offs, with the ability to communicate design choices
• Experience with mobile CRM solutions, both partner and custom applications
• Awareness of data migration considerations, design trade-offs
• Awareness of common third-party solution providers for Salesforce
• Experience designing test plans and evaluating effectiveness
• Experience with lifecycle methodologies
• Participation in knowledge sharing and mentorship
• Proven success with projects involving the skills and technologies above, with a portfolio of references to speak for the work

Education:

• • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field required
  • Industry certifications desired
