Sr. Technical Product Manager (Non-Payroll Worker) in our
San Francisco or Glendale, CA offices.
Responsibilities: - Development and ownership of the roadmap for the CRM product areas you support. Work with End User Managers and designed Departmental Delivery Coordinators in collecting, analyzing and prioritizing projects based on ROI and projected business needs for all channels.
- Be responsible for primary deliverables including the creation of product requirements and specifications for complex products, features and tools, from classic requirements driven specifications to more agile discovery in sprints.

- Manage multiple data sources across the platform. Develop integrated solutions by partnering with designated engineers, technical architects and product managers from multiple engineering teams
- Negotiate launch timeframes with Project Management, Development teams, Quality Assurance, Training.
- Development, monitoring and improvement of Adoption Indicators to prove value of CRM.
- Provide support to designated stakeholder for live products. Manage the triage process for ""Business as Usual"" enhancement requests and defect reports.
Experience with or other enterprise CRM / SaaS systems
Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years experience as Product Manager or Business Analyst in an Internet Advertising or similar CRM technology-driven environment.
- Extensive operations and project management experience with an online company.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills. Must have the ability to grasp complex issues and translate them into easily understandable terms. Excellent writing skills a must.
- Strong initiative and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects throughout various stages of the project life cycle. Very detailed oriented.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on the ability to educate, coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams through projects of short and long durations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing business and operational processes.
- Ability to interface effectively with team members from all functional disciplines as well as senior management.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Product Management, Portfolio Management, PMP and/or related experience
- Proficient with business software and tools related to the discipline (MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, Graphics and Presentation Software).
Education: BA/BS in technical field required. Relevant work experience considered.
