We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Software Development Manager Technical Manager for our client-site project in Bethesda.
Roles and Responsibilities
. Provide supervision, direction, and day-to-day management for on-site IT project personnel
. Analyze issues and recommend solutions for software development and integration projects
. Develop and maintain technical design documents
. Assist the Government client in defining project scope, deliverables, requirements, and funding for project
. Perform hands-on project management tasks, such as maintaining meeting minutes, project status reports, briefings, and project plans
. Develop and maintain contract size, scope, and revenue and support proposal development
. Support Futrend growth initiatives and corporate development initiatives
. Review and approve timesheets; manage resources and staff
Job Requirements
. B.S. degree in Computer Science or other related scientific/engineering degree
. 15+ years consulting experience in software/application design, development and support; system integration or system implementation
. 7+ years experience as a developer, technical lead, technical manager, or on-site manager in a government contracting environment
. 10+ years experience in project/program management including: in consulting service delivery, management, contract growth, and account management
. Strong project and client management skills and Strong leadership skills, organizational, presentation and time management skills required
. Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills and client facing consulting skills and experience are required
. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities required
. Healthcare related projects experience a plus
. Oracle financial systems, implementations and/or Oracle O&M are a plus
. U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder with ability to successfully pass a background check required
