Job Overview: - We are currently looking for a senior Technical Writer with concrete experience in the write-up of formal RFIs for the selection of software packages and outsourced vendors - This candidate must have excellent communication skills - be well organized - knowledge of insurance would be a strong asset Context: - A Vendor Evaluation project is underway to determine the best options available on the market for enhancing or replacing our current systems - The vendor evaluations will be done through four parallel RFIs Overview of Position : - The technical writer will produce the RFI documents based on the Bank standards - The documents will include the contractual and legal portions as well as the requirements and business scenarios Responsibilities: - Transpose Business and Technology requirements into the standard RFI template - Gather and formulate all accompanying document (introduction letter, glossary of terms, NDA, etc) Qualifications: - Concrete experience in the write-up of formal RFIs for the selection of software packages and outsourcing vendors - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex IT organizations in collaborative mode with multiple experts and teams - Project planning and estimating skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical documentation and client communication) - Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings; the link is available on our website at in the Candidate section.
