SRM Fuels Project Manager
The Engineer will provide project management/resource managment technical support to the AFCESA sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) program. The incumbent will perform planning and design support work for substantial multi-phase new construction, renovation, and improvement projects for a variety of real property petroleum handling facilities, including storage tanks, piping, pumps, automatic and manual control valves, and filter separators,
utilizing a professional knowledge of AF Liquid Petroleum Storage and Distribution Systems; will serve as consultant and advisor on all design aspects of assigned projects; will coordinate the preparation of and reviews A&E and
construction statements of work; will develop AE and
construction cost estimates and DD Form 1391s as required;
and will coordinate projects with engineers in other disciplines.

Basic Qualifications: Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field and a
minimum of eight years of relevant experience; minimum of
ten years in liquid fuels maintenance or POL operations and maintenance; or six years of relevant experience with a BS
degree; experience in working with military aircraft fueling systems in either LFM or POL shop; detailed knowledge of all
components of military fueling systems from off loading to dispensing equipment and all in between; MS Office
competent. Assets: high level of competence in MS Excel,
cross trained in POL and LFM, Project Management
experience, experience as a shop manager highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications: Air Force Liquid Fuels Maintenance or POL Maintenance Experience preferred.
