Position Description
The Staff HRIS Analyst supports the establishment and ongoing administration of Human Resources Information Systems to support short- and long-range Human Resources goals. - Assists with the specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use. - Helps to manage relationships with software and hardware vendors and ensures the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance. - Works with internal and external business partners to drive data interfaces, management of interfaces and timely flow of information between systems- Assists other divisions or department management in developing company-wide use of HRIS salary planning and reporting functions. - Establishes data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration. - Handles report building and maintenance- Support s and interfaces with IT on HR applications- Assists with the management of HR customization of applications- Must have excellent Communcation skills -Analyze process requirements, proposing and implementing solutions to issues that arise due to company re-organization. -System administrator: oversee and conduct process analysis, end-user training, reporting, and end-user support -conduct focused discussion in order to continually identify the need for new or modified information processing system enhancements - maintain the HRIS intranet site and process documentation regarding HR systems Position Requirements
