Must have: Knowledge of CommVault Experience/Qualifications: 5+ years experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server, UNIX or similar systems environments. 5+ years experience with enterprise backup and recovery tools. 5+ year s practical application of TCP/IP, DNS, and switched/routed networks. Required Skills Knowledge of tape media, compression, and throughput, in addition to backup policies. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills. Proven ability to work on projects and support clients either individually or on a team. Solid troubleshooting and documentation skills. Knowledge of CommVault/Simpana. Knowledge of Data Domain Virtual tape Libraries. Knowledge of STK/Oracle SL3000 Automated Tape Libraries. Knowledge of STK/Oracle LTO4 tape drives.
