Primary Role
SuccessFactors systems Administrator to manage, operate and maintain the talent management system.
Key Accountabilities
Manage and administer Human Resources business and talent management systems including employee data, goal setting, performance management, career and employee development, succession planning, compensation, variable pay and recruiting.
Ensure and maintain system integrity and security, identify process improvements, and coordinate system enhancements and changes with third-party vendor and internal information technology staff.
Exercise independent responsibility for systems, making decisions based on system knowledge and thorough understanding of human resources best practices.
Provide all system administration functions including but not limited to dashboard and report management, permission management, configuration modifications, proxies, and content, process and form changes.
Work with human resources and business leaders to identify potential configuration enhancements.
Recommend strategies and system modifications to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the goal setting, performance review, employee development, succession planning, compensation, variable pay and recruiting processes.
Act as an expert internal resource on system capability and functionality, and provide Tier 2 user support
Skills
3 – 5 years experience as a Success Factors System Administration
Strong skills in project management, process design, problem analysis and solving, verbal communication and team working.
Ability to skillfully utilize, analyze and troubleshoot technology. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to collaborate with virtual teams, and to provide excellent internal customer service.
Detailed knowledge of key human resources functions including recruiting, performance management, employee development, compensation and succession planning.
Thorough understanding of HR technology, systems and processes.
