Job Description:
The Intern responsibilities include:
, SQL server for automation team
Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Access)
Automating test scripts in support of the QA team
Troubleshooting/fixing software defects
Documenting written software
Mainframe skills such as JCL are a plus
Candidate must be at least a Junior studying in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. The candidate must have knowledge of , SQL, and Microsoft office applications, particularly Access. Mainframe environment, JCL, a plus. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The desired candidate will be well organized.
Viable candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year degreed college/university program while working at UPS during the summer. The viable candidate must be able to work 32-40 hours per week May – Aug 2012.
