Supervisor - Quality & Performance Management
The Supervisor- Quality & Performance Management is responsible for leading theteam responsible for all application quality and performance management related activities for Chrysler Information Communication Technology (ICT) Organization. The Supervisor will grow the capability to support all architecture and infrastructure performance management related activities, standardize and drive improvements to process metrics across ICT organization, oversee process and quality compliance testing procedures to identify process compliance gaps and drive the development and implementation of process changes. This role will also oversee the development and maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all ICT supplier partners. The Supervisor will also work directly with ICT supplier partners to identify, monitor, and communicate process improvement initiatives to address key measures, validate and oversee the publishing of monthly supplier partner penalty reports and executive leadership reviews and maintain & grow working relationship with Fiat colleagues.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree
• Minimum8 years total work experience with at least 2 years' experience working with process definition and implementation
• Minimum of2 years experience in a services based engagement with supplier partners
• Knowledge of application development and infrastructure for day to day operations
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
• Direct experience in developing and implementing quality management methodologies
• Proven experience in driving quality process improvements
• 5 years of experience in IT operations, either application development or architecture and infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders up to and including CIO and Vice Presidents
• Direct experience in development, implementation and management of SLA and KPI measures
• PMP and or ITIL certification
• Full understanding of IT process landscape and associated compliance to process requirements
• Experience working in an organization with a significant portion of outsourced activities
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies to assess quality of deliverables both from an internal and external measurement standpoint
