Support Analyst Job Description: A TEKsystems partner is in need of a Support Analyst for a 6 month contract-to-hire position. The client is working on multiple initiatives at this time and there is a growing need for IT Support within the Helpdesk team. The incumbent will be working as a Senior Helpdesk Level 1 resource within a Windows XP environment. The role involves taking requests over the phone, by email and in person. The support involves SharePoint, PC's, laptops and their peripherals, as well as Videoconferencing equipment. The incumbent will be responsible for the logging, monitoring and closing of tickets and the documentation of findings. Technical Environment: - Windows XP - SharePoint - A/V and Videoconferencing equipment - Active Directory - MS Office Required Skills: - Must have minimum 3 years experience in an enterprise-level Service Desk position - Must have experience troubleshooting SharePoint - Experience working with A/V or videoconferencing equipment is an asset Additional Information: - Regular work hours Monday-Friday Thank you in advance for your application.
