Title: Svc Info Developer III Location: Argentina-Buenos Aires * Participates as a member of a sustain team *
Receive incidents and resolve them within service levels, continuously reports status to client, analyzes root cause and propose solutions. *
Particpates in on call rotations to support applications. *
Designs, prepares and executes unit tests. *
Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain one or more technology areas. *
Applies HP and 3rd party technologies to complex software solutions of moderate complexity. *
Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks. *
May provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects
Education and Experience Required: *
Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Knowledge and Skills: * More than 3 years experience supporting Peoplesoft implementations. * Experience with Oracle database. * Knowledge of Unix, C. * Strong understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management). * Able to apply consistently quality and security standards. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Fluent in English, written and orally. * Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and with clients.
