Represents team to clients. * Demonstrates technical leadership, and exerts influence outside of immediate team. * Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. * Contributes to strategic direction for teams. * Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. Web-site Development). * Applies HP and 3rd party technologies to complex software solutions of moderate complexity. * Independently implements end-user or enterprise solutions of significant complexity. * Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for clients. * Consults with team members and other organizations, clients and vendors on complex issues. * Assigns work to others. * Technical leadership of assigned project. * Provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects. * May develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology ition Prerequisites:Position Prerequisites Required Skills: * At least five years of references as an Oracle DBA * At least ten years of experience in the information technology industry * At least three years of experience as a DBA in a C?ram environment (with at least some experience with C?ram version 4.5 or higher) * At least three years defining and deploying an application data architecture (data model/schema) for a large organization Desired Skills: Experience in the following software environment: * Oracle Database * C?ram database environment * Business Objects (setting up a reporting database) Experience in the following hardware environment: * Windows Server database environment * IBM p570 Server database environment * Installing and maintaining databases on a storage area network Experience for a human service project in the following areas: * Oracle Scripting Developing and implementation * Oracle database utility knowledge and skills * Documenting and modeling data requirements for health and human service processes * Developing and implementing back up procedures
