Provide high-level technical support and assistance to various internal work groups, including Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Billing/CABS, Regulatory, Call Centers/PSC, and NOC Centers. Provide project coordination and support for industry requirements, marketing initiatives, development and rollout of new features and systems, and installation support, deployment, and conversions of new network elements, systems, and products for internal and external work groups.
Switch Translations- Establish, implement and maintain all necessary SS7, LD, or LEC switch translations within the Citizens digital switching network for the following elements. DMS 10 DMS 100/200 DMS 500 DCO GTD5 5ESS VoIP TOPS(OS/DA) SS7 Network Elements (STP, SSP, SRP) Softswitch Technical Support– Provide support to internal and external customers listed below as it pertains to new and existing products and services.
