Experience:Must have 3+ years of system administration experience in a Windows 2000/2003/2008 Active Directory Environment and Exchange Administration Experience2 years system administration experience in a Windows environment supporting mission critical systems. •Experience configuring and maintaining Exchange, IIS, MSSQL, SCCM, group policy, backups, and antivirus. •VMware experience is a plus. •Scripting skills and understanding of programming technologies, e.g. Batch, Win Batch, PERL, PowerShell, VBScript, VBA, .Net technologies, COM, SQL, ADSI. • Experience in Server/User AD migrations, OS hardening, user controls and GPO implementation. •Broad knowledge of high-performance, highly-available computing environments and integration of technical products into complex environments •In-depth knowledge of Windows technologies, support and process lifecycles in enterprise systems, e.g. Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft Office technologies, performance monitoring, debugging, registry, TCP/IP, 32 and 64 bit OSs etc. •Excellent knowledge of server/workstation hardware processes/components. •Experience with virtualization inistration, support and maintenance of Windows 2000/2003/2008 system services and security. Specific knowledge includes WIndows File and Print services, Active Directory account administration, file server consolidation methodolgies, login script administration, server operating system troublshooting. •Administration of all aspects of Active Directory. Specific knowledge includes adminstration of user and computer objects, site and domain replication, group policy and domain and site login scripts as well as Schema. •Installation, configuration and support of VMware virtual infrastructure software. Specific knowledge includes physical server to virtual server conversions, virtual migrations using VMotion and load balancing through VMware
Education:BA/BS Degree in related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience) and 3 years of operating systems experience
Certification:Must have Security+ or in process to get certified within 3 months after hire Must have MCSE 2003 or in process to get certified within 3 months after hire
