Short Description: Hardware/Software setup and installation Complete Description: Installs hardware install and software for existing client server upgrades. Moves information, data and setup from old server to new hosted server. Brings dealer live by configuring printers, hardware, PC login, integration setups moved over and functional. Troubleshooting dealer hardware issues. Night and weekend installs. ISP speed. Pre install checklists and setting minimum customer expectations. Coordinates with the customer on locking down a schedule. Outbound calls to schedule customers Pre-questionnaire on technical requirements for customer deliverables. Sets expectation for customer responsiveness. Receives requests from contracts and fills the requests based on available resources Centralized schedules and tracking responsibilities Additional Requirements:
