The Systems Analyst will work within a SCRUM development methodology producing requirements traceability matrices that alllows the team to support dynamic business processes. The Systems Analyst will work with business partners across various lines of business to understand core business functions from beginning to end. The Systems Analysts will need to work closely with developers and testers in a SCRUM environment, present business process flows and requirements to large group and executives and document business processes and assist in removing ambiguity from business processes and requirements. The Systems Analyst must have a minimum of 3 years combined experience in software development life cycle, experience with T-SQL, N-tier systems architecture and their value as well as experience in defining acceptance criteria and use cases.
