Participate in the continued rollout and support of Allscripts Enterprise V11 activities. Provide expertise in building, testing, training and overall application support. Functions as first level response for the application by communicating with end users of the system to understand issues and develop solutions. Guides department management in the use of IT applications to maximize department performance and management decision making. Maintains system documentation. Functions as a liaison to IS, other department system analysts and vendors.
: Two to four years of Allscripts Enterprise experience in a similar clinical or technical department preferably in a health care environment. Demonstrated ability to support the IT application's utilized to maximize the performance of the assigned department.
: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science -or- healthcare related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
