Systems and Data Analyst 2\3
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent people and communication skills and strong leadership. The position is a functional analyst role on a large enterprise finance system initiative within the cost management sub-function. The system, an Oracle Hyperion COTS package, will include modules that cover rate management and allocations, capital management, forecasting and cost management for programs and projects without earned value, as well as manage associated opportunities and risk. The successful candidate will be able to understand business requirements and P490 design specifications in order to support development, organization, and execution of test scripts during all planned phases of testing following AD&S process requirements. The candidate will also be familiar with testing methodologies in regards to integration with several systems. The candidate will also work with business segment reps and other IT resources to disposition any results from testing (i.e. missed requirements, incorrect configuration of the tool, etc.). Some travel will be required.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 2 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
