Systems and Data Analyst 2\3
System analyst responsible for applications supporting Fleet Services. Functions as liaison between customers and internal information technology organizations to ensure that technical requirements are implemented. Develop resolutions to complex application problems. Gathers requirements from customers. Develops estimates of cost and schedules for projects. Performs systems analysis and design complex systems. Develops, conducts, and monitors application test plans. Tests functional specifications. Ensure design satisfies performance criteria and requirements. Investigates, analyzes, and resolves complex application questions and problems. Provides technical expertise and training to subordinate personnel. Participate in team meetings to ensure system wide design and implementation factors are considered. .

Typical Education/Experience

Level 3 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' or a PhD degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
