We are seeking a Systems Consultant in our National Services department.
The Systems Consultant serves as the customer's primary point of contact for assigned accounts. The Systems Consultant works closely with the customer to support day to day client needs, implement new processes, create and maintain account documentation, and consult clients on how they can use the software to best meet their business needs.
The Systems Consultant will also:
Work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
Assess needs and assist in developing specifications to meet business objectives.
Provide technical and product front-end support for assigned accounts.
Provide support for new implementations, system upgrades, system improvements, major design changes, carrier file conversions, and related applications to client needs.
Provide training to clients on the effective utilization of their licensed software.
Maintain knowledge of CS STARS products and integration across all product lines.
Assist the Account Executive with product demonstrations.
Coordinate with other Product Groups regarding enhancements and problem resolution to ensure integration between products.
Analyze client business needs and workflow to develop product enhancements or custom solutions.
Communicate status of outstanding projects to internal and external customers.
Bachelors Degree required.
Related experience in information systems, finance, insurance, risk management, or healthcare preferred.
