Systems Coordinator - FT Days. Located in Tempe, AZ
Overview :
The Systems Coordinator will be primarily responsible for creating, testing, validating and managing databases, requesting and maintaining systems access codes, and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly departmental statistical reports. This position is also responsible for providing system support and training to department associates as needed. Candidates will be required to effectively identify and develop solutions to system deficiencies while providing information in a clear and concise format. The position interacts directly with the end user and will require excellent customer service skills. Starting Salary: $13.00 - $15.60 an hour D.O.E.
Key Accountabilities :
Create, test, validate and manage department databases
Provide system support and train department associates as needed
Test and maintain system access codes for department associates
Develop and maintain statistical data and department reports
Skills Summary :
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required
Excellent communication, personal management, decision making, presentation, analytical and organizational skills required
Excellent customer service skills required
PC knowledge (including Powerpoint, Access and microsoft programs) required
Excel macros knowledge preferred
