Oracle knowledge a plus - Application design, development and deployment experience in a Linux server environment. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills, familiarity with agile development methodologies - Familiarity with video and audio codecs, video streaming technologies and tools (FFMpeg) - Education: Desired: 4 year degree in CS, engineering or science. Primary responsibilities include a) coding (Python, Java, Javascript) and database support (schema maintenance and enhancements); b) design and architecture of components and subsystems; c) technical documentation; d) survey and evaluation of new video and multimedia trends as well as new software development frameworks and tools as they emerge; e) Assisting clients with operational support for our core products, troubleshooting problems and proposing improvements.
