The Company & Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition resource to help build our world class team of
consultants working with Workday’s SaaS solutions suite. This is a once in a life time opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a start up that is growing rapidly.

Our Talent Acquisition process is world class, but we are always looking to improve both our sourcing and vetting process.   As a member of our team, you will be expected to help us continuously improve our processes.   We expect our team to be passionate about what they do, and we provide the leadership and guidance to inspire that passion.
 
This position is for a permanent, in-house talent acquisition resource.
  

The Work

This employee will manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process for a variety of openings in the Human Capital Managment Technology space.  

Specific responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, and professional organizations.

Developing and maintaining job postings.

Conducting phone screens, interviews, completing reference checks, meeting with managers, assisting in the selection decision and managing the offer process.

Preparing, negotiating and presenting competitive/successful employment offers.

Providing timely, feedback to internal and external candidates and updating information in
applicant tracking system Jobvite.

Completing or assisting with other staffing projects as assigned to enhance company services and 
processes.

Collaborating and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects outside the talent acquisition function.

The Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 4 years of talent acquisition experience
preferably in a technical or professional environment. 

The ideal candidate has recruited implementation consultants and project managers as an in house recruiter sometime in their career.   Experience in the HCM consulting industry is highly desirable.

Interfacing with many levels of management, this talent acquisition consultant must have the knowledge and skills necessary to take a consultative approach to the recruiting process.  This includes strong consultative skills, excellent interviewing practices, solid verbal and written communication skills, and proven organizational and project management skills.
